INGREDIENTS
• your favourite cooking oil
• 1/2 pack of Sunfed® Bull Free Beef™ Raw Prime Mince
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1/4 onion, finely diced
• 1/4 cup corn kernels
• 1/4 cup celery, sliced
• 1/2 cup tinned chopped tomatoes
• a pinch of chilli flakes
• 1 TBS tamari
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup dairy free cheese
• 8 sheets dairy free filo pastry
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Heat your favourite cooking oil in a pan bringing it to medium-high heat. Add Sunfed® Bull Free Beef™, turning gently until the meat has browned on all sides (minimal stirring is best). Season if desired.
3. In a seperate pan, fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add celery, corn, chopped tomatoes, tamari, and chilli flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the cooked veggies to the Sunfed® mince and gently turn to combine all ingredients.
5. Lay out the filo sheets and cut down the middle, widthways.
6. Place approximately 2-3 TBS of the Sunfed® mince mixture onto each side - so you can get 2 pies from each set of 4 sheets.
7. Sprinkle dairy-free cheese on top of Sunfed® mince and fold into a parcel. Place onto a lined baking tray.
8. Brush a little oil, or dairy-free butter on top of the filo, Sprinkle black pepper. Pop into the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden on top.
9. Serve and enjoy! 🧡
