Sunfed Bull Free Beef Tortilla Bowl

Prep + Cooking - 25 minutes

For the Mince
• Your favourite cooking oil
• 1/2 pack of Sunfed® Bull Free Beef Raw Prime Mince™
• 1/2 a cup of your favourite spicy mexican salsa or taco sauce

For the Chilli Garlic Kale
• 2 tsp cooking oil
• 4 kale leaves, stems removed and chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, sliced
• A pinch of chilli flakes
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 Red onion, finely sliced

For the Jalepeno Guacamole
• 1 ripe avacado, stone removed
• Juice of 1/2 a lime
• 1 TBS jalepeno, chopped
• A handful of fresh coriander, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste

To serve
• 1 Spring onion, sliced
• 1/2 red or yellow capsicum, sliced
• 1/2 corn kernels
• wedge of lime
• 2 tortillas per serve.


1. Prepare the gaucamole by smashing together avacado, lime juice, jalapeno, and coriander. Set aside.
2. Heat your oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add Sunfed® Bull Free Beef Raw Prime Mince™ and fry it, turning gently until browned on all sides (minimal stirring is best). Season if desired.
3. Meanwhile in another pan, heat a little more oil and add the kale. Cook until wilted, add the garlic, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, and onion. Stir fry until lightly cooked
4. Build your bowls using all the components and enjoy! 🧡
